Hidding away behind a fence at the back of Liz’s garden was once a peace of waste land, bought by the previous owner of the house from British Rail (probably with good intension’s of extending the garden).

With the land being on quite a slope it was quite difficult to imagine just what to do with it, as you can see from the design below, we pictured a raised deck where they may indulge in a glass or two of wine, onto a raised lawn for their little boy to play on.
